Refund & Return Policy

  1. Customers must notify Hatzzi.com by emailing sales@hatzzi.com within 7 days of receiving their order to request a return or refund. Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
  2. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in resalable condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
  3. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
  4. For returns due to other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
