Refund & Return Policy
- Customers must notify Hatzzi.com by emailing sales@hatzzi.com within 7 days of receiving their order to request a return or refund. Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in resalable condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
- Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
- For returns due to other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
